Registration Information

Can I register in person at the event?

No, registrations are accepted only online. We encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information.

Will the Conference close registration at any point?

Due to the popularity of the event, we recommend that you register early as there is always the possibility that the event will sell out.

What is included in my registration fee?

The registration fee allows access to all events and functions during the event and includes: conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as specified in the program.

Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?

No, it does not.

How is my registration confirmed?

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information and invoice.

Can co-authors participate free?

No, all authors and co-authors have to register if they would like to participate at the conference.
